Yes, you can measure your organisation’s culture. We use Barrett’s Seven Level Model to measure and assess your company’s cultural health and prospects for long term high performance and sustainability. As part of this we also look for alignment between leaders and their teams.
MANAGE LEADERSHIP VALUES ANALYSIS
Effective leaders operate across multiple levels of consciousness through from profit focus to wisdom, ethics and collaboration. A healthily mix of IQ and EQ is required. We use the Seven Level Leadership model to conduct leadership 360s. The LVA measures the alignment of a leader’s own stated values to those that are behaved towards his/her team in the workplace.
